Gloria Paetzold

Gloria Charlotte Paetzold, 92, Wausau, died Monday, July 29, 2019 at Lakeside Crossing at North Central Health Care, Wausau.

Gloria was born August 12, 1926 in Wausau to the late Carl and Anna (Weister) Paetzold.  Following graduation from Wausau High School, she began working for Wausau Insurance.  For the next 42 years 10 months and 2 days she faithfully worked for Wausau Insurance.

Gloria enjoyed bowling, antiquing and listening to music.

Gloria is survived by her siblings, Carl Paetzold of Wausau and Sharon (Jim) Hild of Naples, FL; sisters-in-law, Rita Paetzold of Spanaway, WA and Judy Paetzold of Wausau; and extended family and friends.  She is preceded in death by her brothers, Donald and David.

The funeral service for Gloria will be at 11:00 AM on Friday, August 2, 2019 at Helke Funeral Home.  Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until the time of service at the funeral home on Friday.  She will be interred at Pine Grove Cemetery.  Helke Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements; you may sign our family guestbook at helke.com.
