Robert Klang, 87, of Scottsdale, AZ passed away on Saturday, May 3, 2008 at Scottsdale Healthcare.
He was born December 16, 1920 in Wausau to the late Oscar and Lydia (Saxton) Klang. Robert was a veteran of WWII serving in the U.S. Army. On June 8, 1946, he married Marguerite Peth in Wausau. Robert was an automotive tire engineer working for Uniroyal, Goodyear, and Sears. Before retiring Robert worked in Marysville, Ohio for the Transportation Research Center.
Survivors include his wife, Marguerite of Scottsdale, one daughter, Judith (Dave) Morrison of Paradise, AZ, two sons, John (Mindy) Klang of Oakhurst, CA, Charles Klang of Hillsboro, OR, four grandchildren, three great grandchildren, one brother, Donald (Nancy) Klang of Stamford, Conn and a sister-in-law, Patricia Jones Peth of Wausau.
Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, May 17, 2008 at Restlawn Memorial Park.
