Robert Fischer

Robert J. Fischer, 57, of Mosinee, died October 25, 2009, at Aspirus Hospital, Wausau.


He was born December 28, 1951, in Wausau, the son of Robert C. and Dorothy C. (Oberklamer) Fischer.


He is survived by his family, including his children, Robert J. (Shauna) Fischer, Jr., Madison, and Rebecca (Jason) Sliwicki, Weston; mother, Dorothy C. Fischer, Mosinee; 4 sisters, Charmaigne (Bruce) Conover, Peshtigo, Sharon (Truman) Tornow, Wausau, Jane (Tim) Pike, Wausau, and Tina (Arnold) Randl, Mosinee; 4 grandchildren, Anna, Will, and Ceci Fischer, and Ruby Sliwicki; and other family and friends.


He was predeceased by his father, Robert, in 1991.


A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, October 29th, at the Helke Funeral Home, Wausau. The family will receive guests the day of the service, at the funeral home, from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the service.
