She was born
December 4, 1938

to the late Ervin and Florence Eggebrecht.

August 9, 1958
, Janet married her childhood sweetheart Eldon Krueger at
Trinity
Lutheran
Church
, town of
Wausau
.
In their earlier years, Janet and Eldon farmed in the town of
Wausau
. When Eldon became a truck driver, Janet would sometimes accompany him on some of his travels.
Janet worked hard as a waitress for over 20 years at various
Wausau
area restaurants.
For the past nine years she worked in the hardware department at Walmart where she was affectionately called “Hardware Hannah”.
Her pastimes included playing Bingo, bowling, watching game shows, solving word puzzles, and collecting angels.
Survivors include her daughter, Janel Okoye of Wausau, three sons, Joel (fiancé- Carol Behr) Krueger, Terry Krueger and Todd (fiancé- Stacey Richard) Krueger all of Wausau, 11 grandchildren, Darryl, Jennifer, J.J., Gayle, T.J., Danielle, Andrew, Derik, Josh, Brendon, and Kyle, 2 great grandchildren, Anika and Randy, two sisters, Karen (Richard) Lodholz of Wausau and Ellen (John) Bongert of Wautoma and her grandkitty, Tuxedo.
Janet was preceded in death by Eldon, a great grandson, David, a brother, Ronald Eggebrecht, and four sisters, Joyce Habeck, Audrey Roberts, Lois Lamb, and Mary Ann Salzman.
Memorial services will be
6:30 p.m.
