Ellsworth "Bud" Prain, 89, Wausau, died March 6, 2008 at Marywood Convalescent Center, Wausau. Bud faithfully served his country in the US Army during WWII, fighting in Normandy. He was also a bartender for many years at Loppnow's Bar.
Bud is survived by his niece, Pam (Bill) Brown; brother, Harold (Beth) Prain; and many more nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Funeral services for Bud will be at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, March 11, 2008 at Helke Funeral Home, Wausau. Visitation will begin at 2:00 PM and last until the time of services on Tuesday. Burial will follow at Pine Grove Cemetery.
