Deb was born in Indiana to Pete and Lorraine Holster. As the daughter of a construction supervisor, her family moved often throughout her childhood, but Wisconsin was always considered home.
She shared many years with her life partner, Barry (Razz) Gardner, whom she met at a young age. Together, they raised two beautiful children, Lorraine and Shane. Deb and Barry spent their time traveling, training horses, and embracing a quiet, off-the-grid lifestyle that suited them perfectly.
Deb had a deep love for connecting with family—often reaching out with a good old-fashioned phone call, always with a cup of coffee nearby. She found joy in life’s simple pleasures, especially spending time with her grandson, Jaxsen, listening to music, and getting into playful debates with her cat, Violet. Her humor was playful and lighthearted, and she had a way of making people laugh without even trying.
She was preceded in death by her life partner Berry (Razz ) Gardner, father Pete Holster; her mother, Lorraine Holster; and her sister, Linda Peterson.
Deb is survived by her daughter, Lorraine of Wausau; her son, Shane of Wausau; and her grandson, Jaxsen, also of Wausau.
She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
A Private Service will be held at a later date.
