Charles W Fromfeld

Charles Fromfeld, age 87, passed away on June 22, 2025. 

Charles was born in Merrill, WI to Fred and Tena Fromfeld. Charles married Joyce Fromfeld of Wausau, Wisconsin on June 4, 1977, at St. Stephens in Wausau WI. In his free time, he enjoyed going out to socialize at the local coffee shops, going for walks, mowing grass, and spending time with his family and friends.

Charles is survived by his Wife: Joyce Fromfeld. (2) Children: Julia (Anthony Dittmann) Fromfeld, Becky (Jeremy) Grall, (2) Sibling: Myra Genovaldi, Ruth Henkelman; and many other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. 

He is preceded in death by his parents, and many other family and friends. 

Funeral Service will be held on Monday, June 30, 2025, at 11:00 AM at St. Stephen Lutheran Church (512 Mcclellan St, Wausau, WI 54403). Pastor Will Ostrem will officiate. Visitation will be held on Monday June 30, 2025, from 10:00 AM until the hour of service at the church. Entombment will be at 2:00 PM at Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
