Alice Thiele

Alice Thiele, 87, of Rib Mountain , died Thursday August 13, 2009 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital .

Alice was born February 15, 1922 in Rib Mountain to the late Herbert and Margaret (Graveen) Dahm. She married Arnold Thiele on April 25, 1942 in Wausau . Alice was a founding member of the Rib Mountain Lutheran Church . She enjoyed baking, gardening, playing cards and spending time with her family.

Survivors include her husband Arnold of Wausau, her daughter Bonnie Zoromski of Rib Mountain, two granddaughters; Michelle (Donald) Boehm of the town of Maine, and Juelle (Bobby) Whippler of Rib Mountain, three great grandchildren; Cameron Wiroll of Wausau, Haylie Wiroll of Weston, Noah Whippler of Rib Mountain, her expected great great grandson Kylor and two step great granddaughters; Dani and Charli Boehm. Alice is further survived by her sister-in-law Irene Boruch of Rib Mountain, two nieces and one nephew.

Alice was preceded in death by her twin sister Gladys Thompson and brother-in-law Marvin Thompson.

Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Monday August 17, 2009 at Rib Mountain Lutheran Church. Officiating will be the Reverend Thomas Hoelter. Burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Park . Visitation will be Monday from 12:30 p.m. until the time of services at the church. The Helke Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
