February 18, 1919 — September 4, 2012

Willard Radant, 93, of Wausau passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 4, 2012 at Azura Memory Care, Wausau.
He was born February 18, 1919 in the town of Stettin to the late Hubert and Clara (Zunker) Radant. On December 22, 1945 Willard married Irene Tessmer at St. Paul's United Church of Christ and together they were proud parents of four children. Irene passed away in February 1993.
For over 40 years, Willard was a crane operator and a proud member of Local 139B Operating Engineers Union of which he was a member for over 55 years. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Friday, September 7, 2012 at Restlawn Memorial Park Chapel. Officiating will be Reverend Terry Reich of Zion Lutheran Church, Marathon where Willard was a member. Entombment will be in Memorial Chapel Mausoleum. Visitation will be Friday at the chapel from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services. You may sign our family guest book at helke.com.
