Virginia Newman, 76, of Wausau, died Saturday January 2, 2010 at Wausau Manor.
Virginia was born January 11, 1933 in Mosinee, to the late Steve and Isabel (Akey) Kaskavitch. Virginia enjoyed going to the casino and playing cribbage.
Survivors include two daughters; Diane (Carl) Boushen of Loyal, Wendy (Tony)Bong of Mosinee, 4 sons; Steven (Iva) Newman of Wausau, Daniel (Tina) Newman of Wausau, David (Judy( Newman of Rhinelander and Cory (Jenny) Newman of Onalaska, 12 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 6 sisters; Mary Norton, Laura (Tom) Lloyd, Alice Mae (Elmer) Bremer, Joyce (William) Balge, Charlene (Harold) Stillman, Jackie (Jim) Krieg, and special family friend Cindy Gunter.
Virginia was preceded in death by one daughter Kathy Hazard, 2 sisters and three brothers.
Private family services are being held.
