Phillip was born
May 18, 1956

to the late Raymond and Anna (Plier) Ruether. Phillip enjoyed being outdoors, especially outside on the swing. He was kind hearted and liked farm animals and dogs.

Mich.
, 4 sisters ; Kathleen Schmirler of Schofield, Mary Brown of Morehead, MInn., Linda (Virgil) Heinrich of Hutchinson, Minn., Nancy Barcroft of Burbank, Wash., stepfather George Rockwell of Schofield, Nieces and nephews, and the many caregivers he had gotten to know throughout the years.
