June Ebersold

June Ebersold, 96, former Weston resident passed away Friday, January 20, 2012 at Mt. View Care Center, Wausau.
She was born July 21, 1915 in Blackwell, WI to the late James and Hattie (Klade) Allen. After graduating from Wausau Senior High School, June worked at the Fair Store, Wausau. On February 13, 1940, she married Arnold Ebersold in Dubuque, Iowa. They loved spending time at their cabin on Blue Lake where June enjoyed fishing. Her hobbies included flower gardening, knitting, crocheting, and craftwork.
Survivors include her daughter, Judie (Gene) Lamphier of Weston, two grandchildren, Sheri (Tom) Mueller of Rothschild, Jeff Welton of Ashwaubenon, three great grandchildren, Nicole, Hayley and Libby Welton, her sister, Pat Ann Krueger of Bellevue, WA, nieces and nephews. June was preceded in death by her husband Arnold on September 30, 1989, two brothers, Jay (Grace) Allen and John Allen, two sisters, Marjorie (Wilford) Seehafer and Mary Lou (Ben) Fandre and brother-in-law-Alois Krueger.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, January 24, 2012 at Helke Funeral Home, Wausau. Reverend Paul Beckel of First Universalist Unitarian Church of Wausau will officiate. Entombment will be in the Garden of Eternal Rest Mausoleum at Restlawn Memorial Park. Friends may call Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services.
