Joseph Goree, 59, of Wausau died Monday, July 18, 2011 at his home.
He was born June 17, 1952, in Appleton, WI, to the late Donald and Betty (Berholtz) Goree. Joe had worked as a supervisor at Maratech.
In his spare time, he enjoyed gardening, hunting, and trying his luck at the casinos. Joe will be remembered by those who knew him for his witty sense of humor.
Survivors include his son, Jon Goree, of Fairfax, VA; and two brothers, Scott (Diane) Goree, of Wausau, and Roderick Goree, of Weston.
At this time there will be no services.
