Esther Bousley of Wausau passed away on Sunday, March 1, 2015 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital.
She was born in Casablanca, Morocco to the late Messod and Alia (Amar) Asseraf. Esther married Bernard Bousley on February 5, 1947 in Casablanca. He preceded her in death in 1972. Esther retired from Kraft Cheese, Wausau. She was a long time member of Mt. Sinai Congregation.
Survivors include one son, Prosper (Barbara) Bousley of Dixon, CA., one daughter, Paulette Rufenacht of Madison, three grandchildren, Tynille Rufenacht, Tyler (Audrey) Rufenacht and Joshua Bousley, one great granddaughter, Gwendolyn Rufenacht, brothers-in-law, Donald Bousley and Dick (Souky) Bousley, sisters-in-law, Sue Bousley and Seoul Asseraf and many nieces and nephews in Wisconsin and Israel. Esther was further preceded in death by four brothers and two sisters.
Memorial services will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, March 20, 2015 at Mt. Sinai Congregation, 910 W. Randolph St., Wausau. Helke Funeral Home is assisted the family with arrangements.
