Elaine Clark

Elaine Clark, 89, of Wausau passed away December 14, 2009. She was born April 13, 1920 in Wausau to Emil and Olga Damp and married Lou Clark September 2, 1941. Lou passed away in 1968. Elaine worked and retired from the Wausau Paper Mill, Brokaw and was a member of St Anne Church. Elaine loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed family gatherings; summers at The Outpost, Lake Nakomis; trips to Arizona & Las Vegas; Bingo and her Chocolate.


Survivors include her son, Bruce (Pamela) Clark of Yuma, AZ; son-in-law, Pat Gibbons, Wausau; grandchildren Michael (Anne Marie) Gibbons, Illinois; Lori (Jeff) Ziegel, Wausau; Kay (Brian) Marks,Wisconsin Rapids; Brad (Sarah) Clark, Illinois; Trent (Renee) Clark, Wausau and great-grandchildren, Larissa & Brett Ziegel; Eric Gibbons; Rylee & Carter Marks, Hayden Clark and Karah Miller; niece, Jan (Don) Doyle as well as other nieces and nephews.


Elaine was preceded in death by her beloved daughter Ellen Gibbons; parents; husband; sister Agnes Chaignot; and brother Ike Damp.


Services at Helke Funeral Home, Friday, March 5,2010 @ 10:00am (Visitation 9:00am-10:00am) Final resting place in Restlawn Memorial Park.
